(Admin) Creates a new item in the shop / inventory. Type "title" creates a profile title (`tag-*`). A final word "admin" hides it from the shop and hands 1 unit only to whoever created it.

How to use it
On WhatsApp, send .criaritem followed by whatever the command needs. n9ne's default prefix is the dot, and every command has aliases — the full catalog lists them all, with each command's cooldown.
